Addin InfoEdit is a product developed especially to build a sophisticated (but easy to make and use) catalog of your PDF documents. Acrobat incorporates a serie of fields with predefined document information: title, author, key words, etc. InfoEdit enables you to create new information fields and assign values. It is possible to work with predefined field lists, predefined value lists and default values. These fields and values can be indexed with Acrobat Catalog by which you can perform a search like in a database. It is especially useful when the classification data do not form part of the textual content of the document. The demo doesn’t save the information fields of the PDF document.
