WINcontact is a universally usable customer contact management system. It is connected with a efficient adress and document administration. Special expansions for use in Call Center or for the telephone akquise can be retrofitted (e.g. client programs for Call agents). The possibility of the individual customization by custom-designed additional modules and the expansion of the data bases by tables adapted individually make WINcontact to a efficient database marketing system. By the integrated SQL manager all desired information can be extracted from the database tables with little effort. The dialog language is german.
